Loyalty/Dedication Protocol + THE CESSATION (ON LEAVE) SYSTEM

Recently, we’ve seen a lot of troops being lazy and going inactive, or joining new armies for better ranks. This will not be tolerated by the ACP ownership, and it’s time we did something to crack down on this.

  • Moderators who do not log on by the time the 10-minute pre-battle ends without excuse will be liable to temporary demotion until the owners see fit. Repeating offenders will be considered for permanent demotion. Showing up late to events without good reason will also result in this punishment.
  • Moderators who skip events or leave without explanation will be considered for temporary demotion.
  • Members who skip events or fail to log on will be given three chances. If their dedication does not improve after three chances, they will be demoted by 1 rank unless they can prove their dedication.
  • If a member leaves for another army, then they will be given 48 hours to join back for their old rank. If they join back in this time, they will be given their old rank back, and they will be taught about loyalty and its importance. If they do not, then they will be removed from the ranks and will not be offered the same rank or a higher rank if they rejoin in the future..
  • If a Major(7ic) or Lt. Colonel(6ic) leaves for a new army, they will be given 12 hours to rejoin ACP for their old rank, and will be temporarily demoted to member for 3 days. When the 3 days are over, they will be given their old rank. If they do not rejoin ACP within that time, they will be removed from the ranks, and will not be offered a rank greater than Warrant Officer if they rejoin in the future.
  • If a Brigadier General (4ic) or a Colonel (5ic) leaves ACP for a new army, they will not be given their old rank under any circumstances. They will be exiled from ACP or, if they are allowed to join, they will be offered a rank no greater than Sergeant.
  • Owners who leave ACP for other armies will be permanently exiled from ACP or, allowed to rejoin, will offered a rank no greater than Corporal.

THE ONE-ARMY RULE STILL APPLIES TO MODERATORS AND OWNERS. THEREFORE, MODERATORS AND OWNERS WILL BE PUNISHED FOR JOINING NEW ARMIES, EVEN IF THEY STAY IN ACP.

CESSATION/GOING ON LEAVE

‘On Leave’ will now be divided into two categories, so we can moderate leavers accordingly.

ANYONE WHO WISHES TO GO ON LEAVE MUST SPEAK TO A 2IC OR  A 1IC FIRST, AND EXPLAIN WHY. THEY WILL ONLY BE GRANTED OFFICIAL LEAVE IF IT IS APPROVED BY THE 2IC/1IC.

  • Voluntary Leave – this means someone going on leave for voluntary reasons, for example, taking leave to study for exams or  to attend a social event. Put simply, it’s any leave that is being taken by CHOICE. Soldiers of ANY rank will be given no more than 2 weeks of leave. When the leave expires, they will be expected to remain active as normal.
  • Involuntary Leave– when someone takes leave for reasons that are BEYOND THEIR CONTROL/NOT THEIR FAULT. This could include, but is not limited to being grounded, medical reason, a family issue or a technical issue (eg internet being down or the PC being broken). Those who take involuntary leave will be allowed up to 2 months of leave. When the two months expire, they will be expected to remain active as normal.

The 1ics and 2ics will decide amongst themselves if the leave is voluntary or involuntary.

If a soldier needs to extend the deadlines of 2 weeks or 2 months respectively, it must be discussed with the 1ic. If the 1ic approves of extra leave,  then extra time will be granted.

THIS PROTOCOL IS NOW ACTIVE, AS OF 15/4/2015 AT 5.00PM GMT.

AUSIA Defence of Crunch 15/04/15

Hello ACP.

The Nachos AUSIA Division scheduled an AUSIA invasion, so we naturally logged onto the server crunch to defend the server from our enemy. At the beginning we only had 6 online but it quickly grew to 9-10, which is only decent. Because they were small (2-3 in size) they decided to run around all over the map to escape us but in the end we found them. Their AUSIA leader kindly surrendered to me during the event. Due to some slight issues a few pictures were lost during the event, so there are less pictures than usual. Thank you to those who logged on.
