The terms accepted by both armies in the treaty:

• All conflicts between the Dark Warriors and the Army of Club Penguin end as of the 21st of December 2015.
• Northern Lights is returned to the Dark Warriors nation.
• All invasions of either army are to be canceled.
• Neither army (ACP and DW) can attack each other or be involved in battles including either army until December the 31st 2015.
