This page is for the sole purpose of the recording and organization of soldiers of the Army of Club Penguin going on leave and the termination of ranks. In order to regulate, assess, and record, this page has been brought back, as the need for it is realized greatly. Moving forward, if you are going on any type of leave, refer to the following forms. Choose the appropriate form based on what type of leave you will be going on.

Temporary Leaves

 

For INVOLUNTARY leave:

Involuntary leaves are categorized as leaves taken because of certain reasons that are serious and thus requires your immediate attention. Furthermore, you will not be able to actively carry out. This is also called mandatory leave.

For VOLUNTARY leave:

Voluntary leaves are categorized as leaves taken because of reasons that are not serious and thus does not require your immediate attention, such as going on leave just to take a break.

Rank Terminations

For official TERMINATION of rank in the ACP:

The official termination of a rank in the ACP happens when one chooses to submit this form as a result of not being able to actively fulfill their duties in the ACP any longer. Other grounds for the submission of this form are that one also does not know certain information that is asked for in the Temporary Leave forms, etc., and thus prefer to have their rank terminated. The official termination of a rank does not mean that one cannot return to the army in the future at all or for a certain amount of time. The rank you will receive upon one’s return is determined by the leaders. The submission of this form does not explicitly have an impact on any future returning rank decision.

This is standard protocol, so please make make sure it is followed. Please keep the comments as organized as possible. If you have already commented the dates of your leave but changes occur, reply to your own comment with the revised dates. If you have returned from leave and either your rank status has not been updated, or you would like to make sure it is updated, reply to your submitted comment. It is solely your own fault if you do not follow protocol and are demoted unfairly. This page is an effort to prevent unfair demotions resulting from miscommunication or inaccurate intelligence.
